"That was fantastic every step of the way. She was particularly professional... allowed us to completely enjoy the party ourselves and completely took all the burden off of us as parents and hosts... I just can't say enough how about how much we appreciated her help and how talented she is... "

Event Planning: Sweet Sixteen Party

Moroccan DecorA prominent Weston physician approached GoodDeeds wanting to throw a very special Sweet Sixteen party for her daughter.  The mom had booked a venue at an exclusive Boston address but was frustrated by the steep financial requirement and lack of creativity offered by the hotel staff.

A GoodDeeds Sales Associate met with the client and her daughter to brainstorm the theme, venue and countless small creative details that make a party unique.  Within days, the GoodDeeds Associate found a local venue with no minimum spending requirement and, around the theme of “Arabian Nights,” constructed a Human Palm Treetent-adorned bazaar and hired human palm trees and belly dancers to create a mystical, oasis- inspired evening.

In addition to coordinating all physical logistics, GoodDeeds met with the teen and mom duo to consult on wardrobe, invitations, favors, music, photographer and numerous other aspects of the special night.  Behind the scenes, GoodDeeds tracked expenses and provided monthly spreadsheets so the family stayed within its budget at all times.

Moroccan JewelryRather than experiencing pre-party jitters, the mom and daughter were able to enjoy the day of the party shopping and lunching while GoodDeeds waved the magic wand.  Guests commented that the party would forever be remembered, particularly the guest of honor's entrance into the room, when she lit up with a beaming smile and squealed, “This is awesome!”
